Sunday my family and I went to a local Captain D's fish
establishment and got sub standard service. We ordered
three dinners for dine in on the same ticket, and yet at
the point of delivery one meal was in a to go box. I asked
how this could happen and the employee said he did not know.
Upon seeking a correction and food being placed on a plate
we were told, it would be a few minutes.Knowing this was not
an option, I asked for my money back, and they could not
refund my payment unless I gave them the exact amount
of change from the forty dollars the transaction started with.
This was painful, and totally unprofessional, thus I have elected
to avoid any and all Captain D's in Columbus.
